How to return
If the purchase you made did not meet your expectations, we offer you the possibility of making a return.
We describe in detail the conditions and the various options available for you to return your items.

CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN

You must make the return within the established deadline :
Online purchase: you have 30 days from the date your order is shipped.

Items must be in their original condition and have all tags.

You must make the return in the same market/region in which you made the purchase.
Remember: the deadline for making the return is shown in your order details.

HOME COLLECTION
We offer the option to return your items using our home collection service. The cost per return request will be the amount of the initial shipping payment, which will be deducted from your refund.
If you made the purchase as a registered user: you can request a return from the Returns section of your account.
If you made the purchase as a guest , you can request a return by accessing the link presented in any of the emails we sent you about your order.
After making the return request, a courier will collect your order at the address of your choice within 24-48 hours in mainland Portugal,
It is not necessary to print the return label, the courier will bring it to you prepared.
Please note that this option is only available for online purchases.
It is not necessary to include the purchase receipt.
RETURN AT A DELIVERY POINT
You can return items by depositing your packaging at a delivery point.
This return option is free .
If you made the purchase as a registered user: you can request a return from the Returns section of your account.
If you made the purchase as a guest , you can request a return by accessing the link presented in any of the emails we sent you about your order.
As soon as you request a return, we will send you an email with shipping instructions and as many labels as there are boxes you are sending.
Follow the instructions and deliver the return to the desired point of the transport company indicated by us.
Please note that this option is only available for online purchases.
It is not necessary to include the purchase receipt.
Remember: you must send the items you want to return before the return period expires.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
At Fabi Moline you have the option of exchanging the items you purchase for free. We describe in detail the conditions and how you can proceed.

EXCHANGE ONLINE
If you purchased an item online, we offer the option of requesting a size exchange through our website.
The process is very simple: you just have to select the items to exchange and the size you would like to receive. The selected items will be sent in a new order and you will have to return those you do not want. To do this, we provide several options that you can consult in the How to return section .
The deadline for returning unwanted clothing items to us is 14 days from the exchange request. If after this period we do not receive the items involved in the exchange process, the amount of the new items will be charged through the payment method used for the purchase.
If you wish to change or cancel your exchange request, please contact us to do so.
REFUND OF A RETURN
After we process the return of your items, we will issue a refund.
REFUND FOR AN ONLINE PURCHASE
When you return an online purchase, you will receive a refund for your order using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
If you sent the return via a courier, we will manage it within 24/48 hours after receiving it at our facilities.
Once the return has been made, we will send you an email confirming it.
Please note that, once the refund has been made, you will receive the amount within a maximum period of 14 days depending on your bank.
If more than 14 days have passed and you still do not have the refund in your account, present this confirmation to your bank so they can help speed up the process.

Remember: If you sent the items to us to return via our home collection service, the return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
REFUND OF A PURCHASE PAID BY GIFT CARD
Returns for purchases that have been paid for with a Gift Card will be refunded to the same Gift Card . Please note that:
- If you are returning an online purchase : you will receive a virtual copy of this card, with the updated balance, along with the return confirmation email.
Remember : if at the time of purchase you used a Gift Card together with another payment method and make a partial return of your order, the refund will go primarily to the alternative payment method to the Gift Card.
SPECIAL RETURN CONDITIONS
Some of our items, due to their special characteristics, must meet the following conditions in order to be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.

Underwear:
Women: it is possible to exchange or return it, as long as it is in the purchase condition and the customer keeps the bag or the protective sticker with which it was sent.
Men: underwear cannot be exchanged or returned.
Children: It is not possible to exchange or return underwear items, except socks, tights, tops, bodysuits and undershirts with the original packaging. - Accessories: must be returned with the original bag or packaging intact.
- Fragrances: must be returned in the same original, sealed packaging.
- Cosmetics: must be returned in the same original, sealed packaging. Items from the Standard Procedure collection cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Customizable items: as these are personalized clothing items, it will not be possible to exchange or return them and, furthermore, purchases of items with a personalized color cannot be cancelled.
- Packs: items that are part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
- Special packaging and additional accessories: items that are accompanied by special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, suitcases...) or contain additional accessories, must be returned in their original conditions.
